Make AI a habit, not another pilot.
A year-long programme that turns AI from a few power users into a capability your whole team owns. Weekly reps on real work, senior coaching beside them, until it runs without us.
45 minutes, no pitch. We'll tell you straight whether the Lab fits your team.

Trusted by teams at
Everyone is using AI. Almost no one has made it stick.
The tools are bought, the licences are paid, people are dabbling. But the work itself hasn't changed. AI stays a side-show, a few power users, the occasional clever prompt, because no one owns it, leadership isn't really behind it, and the moment customer work floods in, it's the first thing dropped.
Not another taskforce.
The AI Lab is a decoupled innovation unit, it sits outside the daily grind, so it never competes with customer work for time, but stays deeply wired into how your team actually works.
One engine, not two. Every level has a name attached, not a department, which is exactly the structural ownership most AI initiatives are missing.
The team
One cadence, nested three deep.
The quarter sets direction, the month ships the work, the week keeps it honest. It's deliberately light: a rhythm a busy team can actually keep.
Inside each loop
Quarterly strategy session
Zoom out with the people who set direction. We pick the 90-day Innovation Themes, where the heavy, repetitive work really is, and re-commit for the next quarter.
Monthly execution cycle
Like a mini-sprint. We implement one new process together with your champions, present the results, bust blockers as a team, and line up the next one.
Weekly check-in
A light async pulse: progress, blockers, what needs unsticking. Built to stay out of the way, just enough to keep momentum visible between the bigger sessions.
A team that climbs, and keeps climbing.
Most teams stall between Level 1 and Level 2, tools in hand, workflow unchanged. The Lab is the vehicle for the real climb: to Level 3, where AI moves inside the workflow and value and automation finally rise together.
AI is wired into the team’s workflow: drafting, handing off, and checking work in the loop.
What you walk away with
AI inside the work
Recurring work runs with AI in the loop, drafting, handing off, checking. Output per person rises. This is Level 3, the first level where the value actually reaches the business.
A program you own
Named champions and a rhythm that outlasts us. The experiments become your standard way of working, so when we step back, the engine keeps running on its own.
Progress you can measure
Leading indicators at three months, lagging at six, tied to your own success language. You always know whether it’s working. No vibes, no vanity metrics.
From chat to workflow
We move the team past asking a chatbot questions to AI wired into the recurring work itself.
The AI Spotlight
A recurring showcase of wins, so a good idea in one team spreads to the rest on its own.
Your business knowledge is the engine. We make it run.
Arthur von Kriegenbergh has a BSc in IT and started as a developer. He's coached 100+ teams since 2008 to turn business problems into working software, and now prototypes AI tools that make it into production, fast.
Yvo Wander co-founded and scaled Dapper from 0 to 40 FTE. As a former COO, he brings the operational rigor that makes sure a year-long program actually changes how your organisation works.
We don't lead with tools. We start with your processes, your silos, your bottlenecks, and build the rhythm and the ownership around the way your team actually works. The tools are how we execute; your knowledge is what makes it stick.
Common questions.
How is this different from the AI Sprint?
The Sprint is one week and one process, a fast win. The AI Lab is the year-long program that turns that win into a habit: a rhythm, named owners, and a deliberate adoption push that climbs your whole team to Level 3, not just one automation.
Who is the AI Lab for?
Any growth-stage team serious about getting genuinely good at the AI they’ve already bought. We start inside your own organisation, on your own bottlenecks, before anything touches your clients.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Light by design: a quarterly half-day to set direction, a two-hour monthly session, and a fifteen-minute async check-in each week. Each champion runs one small experiment a month, that’s the bulk of it.
Do we need AI experience?
No. Building that capability is the point. The program meets your team wherever they are and moves them from asking a chatbot questions to wiring AI into real work.
What’s the commitment?
We believe real impact takes a year, but you commit one quarter at a time. After each quarterly strategy session you decide whether to continue, so you re-earn the next three months, every three months.
What does it cost?
A monthly retainer for senior help every week, most labs run around €6k per month, committed a quarter at a time. An optional AI Sprint can kick things off with a fast, concrete win.
Who runs it on our side?
You name a strategic lead and one champion per team. We’re the architects, setting direction and building the stable products; your champions are the boots on the ground who carry it into their teams.
Isn’t this just another taskforce?
It’s built specifically to avoid that. The taskforce model fails because AI becomes a side-project with no real owner. Structural ownership, leadership backing, and decoupling from billable work are exactly the difference. And our experience means you build in a safe and secure way from the start, and it’s faster with us because you skip the expensive mistakes we’ve already made and learned from.
Does it touch our clients?
Not at first. We start internal, on your own processes, to build momentum and proof. Client-facing work comes later in the year, once what you’ve built is genuinely good enough to put in front of them.
What do we walk away with?
AI inside your workflows, a program your team owns and can keep running without us, and an honest, measured read on whether it’s working.
Ready to make AI stick?
A year to move your team from dabbling with AI to running real work through it.
Start with a call. We'll tell you straight whether a Lab is the right fit, or whether a Sprint is the better first step.
